When I trained for bikini competitions, this is the plan I followed. It required dedication and hard work, but it was FUN. The workouts constantly varied.. I got to lift and do cardio. I got to watch my body transform before my own eyes!

I took notes along the way and wrote down all of my workouts so I could share them with you to help you lose fat and get lean too.

A.There are five – six workouts a week. You can follow them per the day suggested or do them in chronological order until you have completed all 12 weeks’ of workouts. It’s up to you but I suggest sticking to five – six workouts a week for maximal results.

A.The workouts may take anywhere from 25 to 60 minutes to complete. It depends on if you are doing cardio AND the circuits in the same day.
